I used to be a fan of that project with original name "OFFICE OF STRATEGIC INFLUENCE". That musicians well known in worldwide Progressive Rock scene make albums not so often and I was surprised with that one. Very good Record in minimalistic style at all-named BLOOD, musicsometimes jazz likely, nice lyric and perfect artwork [Design] by Thomas Ewerhard
